What are your membership plans and pricing?

We offer three transparent tiers: Starter at ₹1,999/month for gym floor and locker access; Performance at ₹2,999/month (our most popular tier) which adds unlimited group fitness classes and personalized diet guidance; and Elite at ₹5,999/month for 1-on-1 personal coaching, priority booking, and advanced nutrition planning. We do not charge registration or hidden fees.

Do you offer a free trial before committing?

Yes! We offer a full 7-Day Free Trial for prospective members in Pune. Your trial gives you complete access to our gym floor, equipment, locker rooms, and one complimentary group fitness class with our coaches.

Do I need previous gym experience to join?

Not at all. Over 40% of our members started with zero prior gym or lifting experience. Every new member receives a complimentary movement screening and equipment walkthrough with one of our certified trainers.

Are all Iron District trainers certified?

Yes, 100%. All of our coaches hold internationally recognized credentials such as NSCA CSCS, ISSA, ACE, or CrossFit Level 2/3 certifications, alongside CPR/AED certifications and a minimum of 4 years coaching experience.

What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 11:00 PM, and Saturday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Performance and Elite members also have 24/7 keycard access privileges.

Do you have dedicated parking on MG Road?

Yes. We have complimentary dedicated basement valet and reserved parking for all members and trial visitors directly underneath our facility complex on MG Road, Pune.

Yes. You can freeze your membership anytime via the member portal or at the front desk for up to 60 days per calendar year with zero penalty fees.
